Brookside Mill
Westford, Massachusetts
Ajax completed the historic renovation and new construction of a 40,000 square foot riverfront mill building into 35 loft condominiums. Ajax and its local partner worked with the township to purchase the land for a nominal price. Sale agreements on 80% of the units were obtained before completion and all of the units were sold within two years of the initial investment. This project was completed in 2004.
