Intercontinental Hotel, Boston, MA
Project management for
new $310 million, 700,000 square foot, five-star InterContinental Hotel and
luxury Residences at the InterContinental. Constructed on the Boston Waterfront,
at the base of the Financial District, the property consists of a luxury
hotel, private residences, parking facility and waterfront promenade. The
hotel hosts 424 luxurious guestrooms and suites, 11 individual meeting/functions
rooms, two major ballrooms, three signature restaurants and a spa and health
club.

Chicago, IL
Oversaw $80 million
rehabilitation of the structural infrastructure of existing office and mixed
use complex on the Chicago River including parking garages, terrace roofs
and vehicular ramps and tunnels into four star boutique hotel.

Westin Hotel, Waltham, MA
Originally was built in 1987-88. It is a complete
cast in place 284 room hotel structure along with a 500 cast in place car

$135 million, 500
room high rise hotel with mulit-level retail space and extensive electronic
signage elements in the Times Square area of New York City.

This
$110 million Westin resort with 403 guest rooms including 19 suite Westin
Hotel, with restaurants, 18-Hole Robert Cupp/Sam Snead Championship Golf
Course, clubhouse and the sister spa of the original Greenbrier Spa of White
Sulphur Springs, West Virginia spa facilities all on Savannah River.

Providence Place, Providence, RI
Providence Place is a $500 million 1.3
million square foot super regional mall that opened in 1999. With more than
170 stores, including Norstrom, Macy’s, Dave and Busters, I-MAX theater and
a sixteen-screen stadium seating movie theater, all built on top of a 4,300
car parking garage over the Amtrak train line and the Woonasquatucket River
at the foot of the capital in Providence. This shopping, dining and entertainment
destination is the centerpiece of a downtown revitalization plan that has
significantly enhanced the city's urban environment.

Owner representation for 628,000 square foot addition and major renovation to operating internationalairport terminal ($300MM). Maintained document control; coordinated with Construction, General Contracting, Architectural Engineering to meet contract requirements and quality control standards on various projects.
