Ajax recently completed the renovation of over 54,000 square feet of meeting
space at the The Westin Copley Place including two ballrooms, several meeting
rooms and the elegant Staffordshire Room on the 3rd and 4th floor, and the
7th floor conference center with a VIP Boardroom and eight hospitality suites.
Additionally, Ajax managed the renovation of the 10H restaurant and expansion
of Bar 10 adjacent to the lobby of the hotel. Based on our performance during
this renovation work, Ajax has been selected by ownership to manage the planned
renovation of the 800 guestrooms in the hotel. That work is currently in
the planning stages.
