In our capacity as lenders and advisors, the professionals at Ajax have had extensive experience in restructuring and disposing of debt and equity positions collateralized by non-performing real estate.  In past and current positions we have been responsible for liquidating and restructuring over $2 billion of distressed real estate loans.
